Romar House 602B is a three bedroom, two bathroom condominium on the 6th floor overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen allows for guests to make a full meal or snacks on the go. The dining room and living room has space for the family to relax together at the end of a great beach day, with plenty of seating. A Gulf view from the living area opens to the balcony with additional outdoor seating. The main bedroom features a king bed with private bath has a separate dressing area and walk-in shower. The main bedroom also has access to the balcony with outdoor seating. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, the second guest bedroom has a set of twin beds and they share a hall bathroom with tub shower surround. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's, there is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience, and a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping.
Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.
Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.
Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.
