Our Serene Vacation Getaway Northstar Vacation Rental is a peaceful three bedroom, two full bathroom home in the beautiful resort town of Northstar. Newly remodeled, this property offers a stunning and inviting space for family and friends to enjoy the stunning Californian mountains. With large main living areas and cozy bedrooms, this vacation rental is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the company of loved ones. Ideal for year-round recreation and everything else that Northstar has to offer, including shopping, dining, entertainment, and amenities in the Village, this vacation rental is the ultimate destination for a dream vacation.

INSIDE THE HOME
This vacation rental boasts a cozy living room, stylish kitchen, comfortable dining area and small patio on the main floor, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of loved ones. The lower floor offers a full bathroom and two peaceful bedrooms, both perfect for getting a great night's sleep. One bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a king bed, a mounted flatscreen TV and a private patio and the cheerful bunk bed room has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, perfect for kids! The upper floor offers a bright and airy bedroom with a king size bed, beautiful views and a small office space in this bright bedroom, making it the perfect place to get some work done or send a few emails if needed.

Please note: all vehicles are required to display guest passes on the dashboard. Guests can find the passes on the kitchen counter.

Located in the Gold Bend Condominium Complex, Serene Vacation Getaway is just minutes away from the heart of Northstar Village offering shopping, dining, and entertainment, and the village gondola takes you up to the mountain for alpine recreation. Guests also have access to the Northstar Property Owners Association Recreation Center, which provides a wealth of amenities, and nearby you will find the Northstar Golf Course and stables. Guest access fees apply per person per day. The neighborhood also has a free shuttle service that can take you anywhere you need to go. This home is also conveniently located just a short drive away from the world-famous Lake Tahoe and historic downtown Truckee.

Fantastic new property

Nice place! Finishings were all brand new and the place was immaculate - also very well appointed with plenty of dishes and such to feed the family and not have to keep washing everything. Brand new grill that we christened as well. Beds were comfortable except the bunk beds were more appropriate for littles than adults - mattress could use updating according to the adult who slept there. Otherwise, would rent again. Very convenient to NorthStar

Newly Updated Condo

The condo was as advertised. Everything looked like it had been newly renovated or purchased. The beds were quite comfortable, a rarity we find in rental condos. There was plenty of everything we needed - kitchen items, towels, good pillows, paper goods, etc. The property manager was very responsive when we couldn't find the remote (someone had left it in a serving bowl up in the kitchen cabinet). We were glad to have the shuttle to Northstar so we could avoid the parking lot hassle. The only issue we had was that when the three of us tried to take showers one right after the other, we totally ran out of hot water before the second shower was over. The next days we spaced out our showers, leaving quite a bit of time between each one, and we all had enough hot water. Not a big deal, but a note for the owner - it would be nice to have a dresser in the upstairs bedroom. I live out of my suitcase while travelling, but my husband is an unpacker and so was grumbling a bit by the lack of drawers.

Great stay!

Overall this condo was definitely one of the better condos we have stayed in at Gold Bend. Set up was good for the number of people we had(6). The beds were super comfy. Great location to the Village and skiing. Easy hop onto the shuttle. Really clean and had mostly everything you needed from bath linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing was we were left with only a couple of dishwasher pods so ended up having to do some dishes by hand. Other than that the stay was great and we would definitely stay here again!

The service from Tahoe Signature Properties was great - they called to make sure we had everything we needed. The door on the vanity in the downstairs bathroom is broken. There is only 1 hairdryer in the house. The instructions for parking need to be updated to include putting a guest pass in the window - we received a warning from the HOA on our car which was parked in front of the condo. There were hairs on the pillow cases in the downstairs King bedroom. 😩

Wonderful home and vacation!

This property was beautifully close to Northstar Village. We appreciated the shuttle in and out of the village after skiing. It helped us avoid traffic backups and full parking lots. This property also has wonderfully comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen amenities. It was really nice to have an extra vanity and sink in the upstairs bedroom so that the two bathrooms with toilets were more available to our full house of seven guests.
