Built in 1987 and recently updated, this unique cabin features family friendly living space, a large fireplace with stone hearth and walkout access from every bedroom to elevated deck areas.

Step up on to the grand wrap around decks and breathe in the fresh Rocky Mountain air, laced with the scent of the surrounding pines. As you enter the front door and step into the spacious Great Room you are greeted by a large fireplace with a floor to ceiling stone hearth. You will find cozy seating around the fireplace and Smart TV with streaming options available for guest login. The dining table offers comfortable seating for 6 to settle in for meal time or a good game and the well appointed Kitchen ensures you have everything you need to whip up your favorite meal. The large laundry room provides a full size washing machine and dryer for guest use, so no need to waste precious vacation time at the laundromat in town. Make your way down the hallway to the central retro style Bathroom featuring a standard vanity, toilet and a bathtub/shower combo so you can choose to start the day with a quick and refreshing rinse or sink in for a long, hot soak. Across the hall is the spacious Right Bedroom with a Queen size bed fitted with luxurious cotton bed linens, dresser, a large closet and walkout access to the elevated back deck. At the end of the hall is the cozy Loft Bedroom with a Queen size bed fitted with luxurious cotton bed linens, dresser, a closet and walkout access to the elevated back deck of the home.

Make your way up the stairs to the loft where you discover a cozy reading nook. The retro style Bathroom features a standard vanity, toilet and a bathtub/shower combo so you can choose to start the day with a quick and refreshing rinse or you can sink in for a long, hot soak after all the activities a day in the Colorado Rocky Mountains may afford. The Master Loft Bedroom features a King size bed fitted with luxurious cotton bed linens, a dresser, and walkout access to a private back deck that offers beautiful woodland views. The large elevated wrap-around deck of the home offers ample outdoor seating and incredible woodland views. The area is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe Elk, Deer and Foxes (just to name a few of the critters!) right on the property. Additionally, you may be able to see Moose in their natural habitat in the nearby wetland area located less than 3 miles from the cabin.

Park County is an activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "Base Camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (winter too!), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, mine exploration, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.
