Of course, you could always visit the sandy, pristine beaches of the town and spend a fun-filled day out with your family! If you own a Tesla, you'll be ecstatic to know there's an electric charger waiting for you, so feel free to plug your vehicle in to recharge after a day of exploration.

From the minute you step into this wonderful townhome, you'll notice the absolutely exquisite beach-inspired decor, a spacious island kitchen set up with stainless steel appliances for a fantastic getaway cooking session with friends around the table, and a smart TV in the living space for a late night movie marathon. Sit out on the deck and in the fresh gulf coast breeze as you sip on a delicious cup of coffee to unwind. Be sure to bring your bathing suit if you feel like hopping into the heated pool to warm up. THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
