Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our property boasts 4 spacious bedrooms designed to cater to your relaxation and enjoyment. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV to enhance your comfort and provide a source of relaxation.

*Please note that there is a guest suite in the back of the house, which is only accessible when booking the entire 6-bedroom house.*

**Main House - Your Home Away from Home**

As you step into the main house, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting space that includes a cozy living room, a dining room, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. There is an extra working refrigerator that you may find and use in the garage too.

Our spacious main house features 4 bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for your group. One of these bedrooms is uniquely located in a converted garage, offering a distinct and versatile space for your stay.

Please note, bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 have been changed to queen beds. In total, the main house has 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds.

The main house features 2 bathrooms for your convenience. One bathroom is en-suite within the master bedroom, offering a private oasis for those lucky enough to occupy it. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for easy access for all guests.

Rest easy knowing that our home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere no matter the season. A washer and dryer are also available in the garage for your laundry needs.

**Parking and Guest Suite**

Guests can take advantage of driveway parking and street parking options for their vehicles. Please note that if you book only the main house with 4 bedrooms, the guest suite is locked and not accessible. However, if you have a larger group and wish to book the entire 6-bedroom house, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Guests access the unit via keyless entry. Check-in is automatic.

Note:

There is a guest house in the back with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, but there is no kitchen, living room or dining room but nobody will be staying during your stay. If you wish to book the guest house, you may book our other listing which includes the guest house.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:

The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 8.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies. We also don't provide the gas for the grill, but there's a propane tank on the property that guests may fill for their use.
