Your next Florida adventure awaits at this convenient Kissimmee vacation rental! With 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, this pad has plenty of room for small families or groups of friends. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in lanai before heading over to Disney with the kids for a fun-filled day! If you're looking to stay on-site, take advantage of the RESORT AMENITIES and lounge by the POOL or shoot some hoops. Wind down and enjoy a film on any of the smart TV's (Self-login to your fav apps!)

PETS: If bringing a pet, must pickup after pet in yard and in community, and keep pet leashed at all times in community. PETS: 2 dog max, under 40 pounds each. No aggressive breed, no cats. Pets should not be allowed on furniture. Only house trained and properly vaccinated dogs are allowed, Dogs should not be left unattended for long periods of time (5+ hours) without a checkin/walk visit schedule for them to have a bathroom break and exercise. Please close all bedrooms doors and bathrooms before you leave if you do not take the dog with you. For service animals, the pet must abide by Airbnb service animal policy. Pet fee is an additional charge of $30/day/pet with a minimum charge of $50 for short says.

Comfortable, casual, family-friendly townhome with tasteful Disney touches and a convenient location

This quaint townhome was well-situated for visiting Disney and all the area attractions. Quiet, safe neighborhood, welcoming Disney touches, and a comfortable layout made for a stress-free, relaxed experience. Most essentials are provided. Check out was easy and the owner was responsive. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

Deceptive and Not Fit for Guests

Holes in walls, door, shower Blinds in Master fall off and do not work, Open holes under 1/2 bath cabinet on 1st floor, Painted wood work is worn and dirty, Kitchen cabinets, and woodwork hand painted (brush marks obvious), Popcorn ceilings dirty where it meets walls, Screened lanai ceiling full of branches, leaves and material dropping in on furniture, Only 2 1/2 baths as trick photo shows 1st floor bathroom with Toilet and part of a Shower curtain-No Shower....it's a curtain to a closet...this is done so you "think" there are 3 full baths! Directions for entry not useful.... Entry Pad does not display a full 10 key view, instead just 2 digits appear, once the owner answered the phone and text...She gave us several different "trys" to make the key pad work....finally after 45 minutes-entry. Kitchen needs basic utensils, and baking equipment. We bought a Pyrex baking dish....no baking dishes at all. No potato masher. Dishwasher, needs repair as soap tablets won't stay in dispenser, Range top front left burner only burns on HIGH red hot no matter the setting; Clothes dryer vents into laundry room under dryer leaving floor puddles to slip on; No chest of drawers in bedrooms, just a hanging shelf of cloth in the closet, the owner warned us on arrival day, "water damage in bathroom". That was the least of the problems in this 'unfit for guests' property deceptively marketed by an owner not fit to trust. We took 25 photos. Owner Elsaid should perform inspections, not us!

Bathroom Tub upstairs leaked down through the ceiling , it has one it before as the Coating on the Gyprock was coming off and the sofa below it had water stains on it. The screened in patio had a lot of Pine Needles and cones on top of it and even on the patio when we arrived they were on the floor of it, Lots of Cob webs. Ensuite bathroom window sill had Black Mould starting on it. Blinds in Master Bedroom were not working so you could open them. The track for the Patio door does not look like it was cleaned in months as it was completely brown with dirt. Could have started a garden there. Sink plugged in the bathroom with the tub and the toilet did without using it so that means there is a problem in that bathroom so we did not use it for the last 4 days. Send messages to the owner and they sent a plumber to fix the tub and all they did was put Plumbers Putty over the hole of the overflow of the tub. The owner did acknowledge that they had a leak before but she said that it was probably coming from the unit next door, which is not right. She did offer 30% off of 2 night stay and when i sent her more information after the Plumber came she did not respond to me so we received nothing from her. This could be a very nice place if they would just clean it up properly. I expect that they would not keep their own home like this . Yes we like the unit but disappointed in the Cleanliness and the action taken by the owner. The pictures advertising the unit do not represent the unit when you arrive.
