- Only dogs under 50 lbs are allowed. $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. For service dogs, a $200 deposit is needed.

- Please DO NO park on the driveway next to the house, it belongs to the neighbor, and there is plenty of street parking.

-The TV works with the ROKU app only (no remote device will be provided). If you are planning to use the TV during your stay, please make sure to download the app on your phone.

Airboat tours are just 30 minutes away. Get out and see some of the Florida wildlife and alligators up close and personal in the Everglades.
