This signature Villa has a total of nine bedrooms and five bathrooms.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one of which comes with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The other has a King-sized bed with private bathroom and jacuzzi.
On the second floor, we have 7 rooms:
1 - Cars themed bedroom with two twin beds
2 - Queen size bed
3 - Monster Inc. themed bedroom with tree twin beds
4 - Hakuna Matata themed bedroom with two twin beds
5 - Queen size bed
6 - Moana themed bedroom with one twin Full bed
7 - Minion themed bedroom with three twin Full beds

Game Room - themed Batman, with pool table / soccer table / 2 wall video games . 1 TT with video game and two Gaming Chairs

There are three bathrooms on the second floor.

The fully functioning and modernised gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar along with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, cookware, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourself and your guests.

Your time at Villa Fun Storey Lake includes a small dining area outside and right next to your own private pool so you can swim or relax in the privacy of your own home.
Cable television, Wi-Fi internet and local phone calls are also available free of charge. You will also have access to full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as fresh towels and linens which will be provided upon your arrival!

* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $55/day including all taxes. Must be informed 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.

POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
- Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag . No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
* No wash cloths provided.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
