Located on a quiet street, 5 min away from the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and walking distance from all historical attractions, the main pedestrian "Vitosha" Blvd and many bus, tram & metro stations. The apartment is designed with love, cozy decorated, fully equipped for home 🏠, incl. Free Internet WiFi, HD TV. Outdoor access to backyard with garden - all this to ensure your unforgettable experience during your stay in Sofia.

The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet, yet in the most central part of Sofia. It is a walking distance from many event venues, public transits (the nearest metro station is 5 minutes away and the place is surrounded by many bus and trams stops), popular tourist attractions, trendy cafes and restaurants, high-end boutiques as well as global brands stores, galleries, art and handmade craft shops, beauty salons and wellness and sport venues.

Getting around
The apartment is within a 10-min walking distance to metro station "Vasil Levski Stadium" for connection to the Airport Sofia.
It is within a 5-minute walk to the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and Vitosha blvd. There is 1 metro station "NDK" with direction "Vitosha" for Shopping Mall "Paradise center". There are tram lines (number 1, 6 and 7). 2-minutes away is a bus station "Cherni vrah" (lines 76, 204, 304).

Parking regulation
The apartment is in the "blue zone" of Sofia, resp. paid street parking on weekdays (Mo-Fr) and Saturday:
- Working hours for street paid parking: from 08.30 am to 20:00;
- Maximim duration of parking up to 2 (two) hours daily;
- Price – 2 BGN per hour;
- Payment by SMS to phone number 1302 with your car number.

There are three other paid parkings just nearby - one of them is just in front of the building. For longer stay you can negotiate a price discount.

The other two are 2 minutes away - one at "6-ti Septemvri" Str. 50 and the other at the National Palace of Culture (NDK).
