Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills. The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches. Perfect for biz travelers to SF tech conferences, off-site meetings, or family reunions or vacations! You have access the entire home except for 2 locked storage and supplies closets.

Other things to note;
- Guest should not congregate outside of the house between the hours of 9:30 pm and 8:30 am.
- Guests should never play loud music at a volume that can be heard by neighbors at any time. Neighbors should be respected at all times.
- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.
- We have 5 exterior security cameras monitoring the home, so please check your guest's count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors,
- Parking - The garage has been set up as a game room. All cars must be parked in the driveway and street (free parking) - 2 cars can be parked in the driveway and 3 cars can be parked on the street in front of the house and blocking the driveway.
