This Beauty is situated on three levels with four bedrooms, a large open concept living room, and cozy loft for lounging after a day filled with adventures in Truckee!

As you enter the home, if you walk downstairs you will find:
Our large bunk room with four twin sized beds, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom. In the walk in closet you will find a desk, perfect to use as a workspace during your stay!
We have two bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen sized bed and full closets.
On this level we also have an additional bathroom, spacious laundry room, and garage.

On the second level you will find:
Our large open concept living room with a pool table, wood burning stove, bright floor to ceiling windows, and a large comfy couch. The living room has double doors leading to the hot tub.
We have a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, updated appliances, and booth style dining table.
Also on this level is our master bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom and a half bath.

Going up to the third level, there is a comfortable loft with massive sectional couch and large Smart TV with streaming services available.

This home is the perfect getaway for a fun loving group, looking for a Truckee getaway!

TAHOE DONNER AMENITIES
You will be provided guest passes that permit access and discount pricing at numerous Tahoe Donner recreational amenities such as the Trout Creek Recreation Center, Snow Play Area (has sledding), and Tahoe Donner Ski Area (ideal for beginners/families with kids). Tahoe Donner boasts a premier Nordic center with 70 km of trails, excellent for both beginner and advanced cross country skiers. Five minutes away, The Trout Creek Recreation Center has an exercise facility with state of the art exercise equipment, fitness classes, an adult lap pool that is heated to 82 degrees year-round, saunas, and massage treatments.

In the non-winter months, the Tahoe Donner amenities include a private beach on the east side of Donner Lake, where you can enjoy a BBQ, swimming, boat/kayak rentals and the use of the private boat launch. Crawdad fishing is a favorite of the kids in the marina. There are three swimming pools, tennis courts and bocce ball courts. Also biking trails, hiking, campgrounds and a world-class 18 hole golf course. Oh yes, there is also an equestrian center with pony rides for kids. Tahoe City and Kings Beach are less than 15 miles away.

*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.*

Home Truths:
- Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, we do not have air conditioning.
- During the winter months, outdoor furniture may not be available.
- During the winter months, we recommend 4WD.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in additional fines and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- Guests will have access to the entire home (with the exception of a couple locked closets/cabinets).

Cleaning fee includes the hot tub cleaning after your stay.

A Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and a Truckee Tourism Business Improvement District Tax is included in your reservation fee. This is built directly into your nightly rate at booking.

Please note that this rental does require purchasing short term vacation rental insurance for stays up to 29 nights (reservations longer than 29 nights will need to discuss insurance options with Tahoe Cohost Collective prior to booking). The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury, if the fee has been paid. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found at www. go.safely .com/tahoecohostcollective. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Tahoe Cohost Collective will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, including poor air quality and smoke associated with wildfires and severe winter storms, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to cover your cancellation, as we will not be able to offer a full refund outside the cancellation window.
