Our property is located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. You will be minutes from major attractions like Kalahari Water Park, Camelback Mtn, Wolf Lodge Water Park, zip lining, kayaking, hiking trails, horseback riding, Shopping outlets, Mount Airy Casino, Tobyhanna State Park and more. You can unwind and relax at the house in front of the cozy fireplace, get your dinner ready on the BBQ and watch the deer strolling around.

Soak yourself in the hot tub that is up and running year-round so you have it for relaxation whether you're coming back from the ski slopes or a mid-summer hike!

Please note we have a propane tank for the grill, however, if it is empty or runs out during your stay, we kindly ask that you replace the tank to utilize the grill. There is a Lowe’s/Walmart about 8 minutes away and numerous other places to refill within a short drive of the home.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house except two linen closets and crawling space. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!
Other things to note
Please note that you will have to sign in registration form and rental agreement in order to enter our gated community as per our POA regulations. Forms have to be filled out at least 2 business days prior to your arrival so we can register guests in timely manner and ensure smooth check in process. Please remember that in order to get the gate pass you have to have a valid driver license and your vehicle registration for each entering vehicle. Mask is required upon entering the Welcome Center where you will get your community vehicle pass.

Please treat our house with respect. We put a lot of work and hearts into it!
There is a $400 additional charges for lost fireplace remote control. Yes, very expensive gadget.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.


★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.


★ NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We want to emphasize the ban on fireworks especially. If any are used, the penalty can go up to $2000.
