The front family room has ample comfy seating for all with a Smart TV so you can stream all of your favorite shows, or challenge your kids to some Nintendo Switch games! Pull out a favorite book and curl up in the living room by the fireplace (candle light provided at the touch of a button for great atmosphere!)
Fully equipped kitchen is ready for your inner chef to go to town! The kitchen opens to the dining area for easy access and so the chef can be part of the gathering too! Popcorn & retro popcorn maker ready for guests to use as well.
Come out to the large, fully fenced, private backyard to enjoy the amazing Arizona sunsets, take in a game of corn hole, enjoy a fire on a cool evening, grill your favorite foods and enjoy dining outside!
All bedrooms have new, plush beds & bedding so you can enjoy quality sleep while staying here. The primary suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom with lots of amenities provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fluffy towels, quality TP, hand soap, cotton balls, Q-tips, tissues, hair dryers, cosmetic mirror, and more.
The two guest bedrooms have a queen bed, and 2 twin beds and each bedroom has its own TV so everyone can watch their own favorite shows. All rooms have ample closet space and dresser space to unpack and feel right at home.
Large capacity laundry machines inside the house for easy access for the guests.
Guests are welcome to use the 2-car garage during their stay, or can park on the driveway or street as well.
This is a family-friendly home; we provide a Pack N Play for the little ones, as well as a high chair.

Pet Policy:
Maximum 2 animals allowed per stay. Dogs & cats must be at least 1-year old. All animals must be house-broken. All pet poo must be cleaned up by the owner in a timely manner and no traces (including odor) left upon checkout. No pets on the furniture. No aggressive breeds. The pet owner assumes all responsibility to clean up after the pet(s) and protect the property. $250 refundable pet deposit + $100 pet fee payable at the time you secure your booking. Refundable pet deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of checkout if there is no evidence of damage to the property due to the animal presence.

The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning services of up to 5 hours after a guest checks out. If the property requires more than 5 hours of cleaning after a check-out, then the guest is liable to cover the extra expenses.
