Welcome to our brand new home in Hayden, Idaho! Our spacious 3,000 square foot home is perfect for large groups or families looking to explore the beauty of Northern Idaho. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, our home comfortably sleeps 12 guests. This home features an open floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room on the main level. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances and cookware to make mealtime a breeze. The dining area seats 12, making it perfect for large family dinners.
The upper level of our home features a master suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The lower level of our home features a fourth bedroom with a pull-out couch in the lower level living room. Outside, you'll find a large deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating and a fire pit perfect for enjoying the beautiful Idaho evenings.

Hiking: The area around Hayden is home to a number of beautiful hiking trails, including the popular English Point Trails, 5 different loops to choose from.
Fishing: Hayden is located near several popular fishing spots, including Sportsman Access. Anglers can catch a variety of fish including rainbow trout, bass, and perch.
Skiing and Snowboarding: The nearby Silver Mountain Resort offers over 2,200 skiable acres and is a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
