Mid Century Modern w/ pool & views of mountains

My place is a fabulous Mid Century Modern house. It's less than 15 minutes to Coachella or to the world famous El Paseo shopping area, as well as a few minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. You’ll love my place because of the view of the mountains from the pool. You'll leave here feeling relaxed and rejuvenated . My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and friends.

There is a lovely pool in the front of the house and a private yard in the back.
The space
The house has a great sunken living room, as well as a sun room. The pool is brand new and located in the front of the house. The back of the house has a nice yard, where you can hear nothing but birds chirping while having your morning coffee or possibly hearing golf balls being hit behind the fence on the golf course. House features 4 bedrooms, all with comfy beds. Cable TV in 2 of the bedrooms and living room.

Please respect the privacy of the neighbors. The City of Palm Desert does not allow more than 8 guests in the home and no more than 16 people on the premises at any time. No Parties allowed and no loud music after 10pm.
