Start each day on your fully screened, second-floor balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful, tree-lined setting. Inside, you’ll find modern coastal decor and an open layout, ideal for spending time with loved ones.

Pop into your full, well-equipped kitchen and whip up family favorite recipes, then serve up your culinary creations at the adjacent dining table. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, then head to the beach, just a short walk away via public access at Beachwood Villas. Four bikes are available for your use as well, so hop on the Timpoochee Trail, which runs parallel to 30A, and pop in and out of all the restaurants, shops, and cafés that line its length. If you’d rather stay closer to home, slip into your swimsuit and visit the community pool to soak up some Florida sun.

When you get home, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media before bed. Even better, unplug entirely and step back out to the balcony for an evening toast to booking the perfect 30A getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
