Recently updated with the guest experience in mind, the two-levels of Ski Time Square 315 feature a well-appointed kitchen, Smart TVs, and stylish yet comfortable furnishings.

Hang up your adventure gear as you enter the main floor of this spacious, bright condo. Enjoy a fire as you lounge in the living room talking about the highlights of the day. Belly up to the breakfast bar after making a snack in the well-stocked kitchen or unfold the space-saver dining table and host a full meal.

The Primary bedroom, located on the main floor, has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, and ensuite bath. Downstairs the second bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom. The den has a full-sized sofa bed and is a restful space for the light-sensitive sleeper.

Ski Time Square complex amenities allow for an Après Ski soak in the two-seasonal hot tubs or a quick pre-ski warm up in the Fitness Room. In the winter months, guests have access to Retreatia’s complimentary, on-call shuttle service. NOTE: There is currently NO onsite parking at Ski Time Square Condominiums.

Ski Time Square guests have access to discounted paid parking in the Steamboat Square Garage. The entrance is next to the Gondola Transit Center and right across the street from Ski Town Wine & Spirits (2307 Mount Werner Cir, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487). Use pays station kiosks at lots or the Park Mobile App.*

*Winter Parking: There is no on-site parking at Ski Time Square Condominiums. Free parking is located at the Emerald Parking Lot next to the Yampa River Botanic Park.
