April stay

It’s always a pleasure staying at itrips properties. The house was nice and clean with plenty of snacks for us. Would like to say thank you to Peter for being one call away and assisting me with booking the last 3 years. I will definitely be back next year.

Our Tempe Experience

The property was just beautiful, this house was very well stocked, with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property have both a pool and a spa, the only concern was that you could not have the pool and spa heated at the same time. When we arrived the spa and pool were not heated. We worked with Peter and after a couple of days with his persistence, we were able to get the spa running at 104 F. Would have been nice too have had both pool and spa, but one was better than none. Peter was amazing, he came to the house 3 times to help with getting the spa running. Her brought in a spa technician and after that everything spa related worked flawless. Thanks to Peter for staying on top of this and making our stay enjoyable. The owner should sort out how to have both the pool and spa heated at the same time. I've used VRBO many times and have has great success.

Beautiful perfect home

My adult son, husband and myself were coming to the Tempe area for an Arizona State University vs Oklahoma State University football game We found this place that is only 8-9 miles from the stadium and it was gorgeous! Beautiful neighborhood and area of town. Plenty of places to eat whether you’re wanting fast food or sit down! There is an awesome walking trail all around the neighborhood and the neighbors were all so nice and friendly. The home is updated beautifully and has everything you can ask for. The pool is a great size - not big but not small, and nice touches throughout! I would definitely want to stay here again if we’re in the area!

One of the most useable space homes we have stayed. So comfortable and user friendly.

I'm a chandelier gal, but not to the point they are in my face. This home offers two indoor dining areas and one outside. One in the FULLY appointed kitchen where we sat and used as a cozy place to chat in the a.m. The p.m. we would gather around the 10-14?? glass dining table which gave off a great vibe to the night. Nothing is missing in this home. The four bedrooms are all on the same end (one full bath for three to share). I took the master and never heard a thing. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Loved the 4 of us had our own rooms (no bunk beds either)! yay, since no kiddos- The pool and water/fountain feature was very relaxing throughout the day and night. Hottub was wonderful and the blue lighting was great. Quiet neighborhood. House backs up to a greenbelt. It felt great to "come home" here. If your trip involves quality time, this home does provide. It was great to stay here instead of the ASU Tempe scene. DESPITE being a 2 time ASU Proud Family. Meaning temperatures were barrable here, vs Tempe campus area. We rented a vehicle which I would recommend to stay at this location. However, grocery, etc. stores and A LOT of restaurants are very near by. If you are a coffee coinsurer, fear not. Every way to brew your Java lives here. We had a challenge figuring out where the lights went on and off, both inside and outside. There are 2 areas to watch television as group, without having to resort to your bedroom. Loved ranch style and island with fridges on both sides.
