Solterra Resort is just a short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood studios, Disney Springs, Univeraal Studios, Sea World, and Legoland. Moreover, Solterra is just few minutes away from a Publix supermarket, an array of restaurants and golf courses at Champion Gate, and a IMAX movie theater and Target located at Posner Park, along with other stores.

Pool - Guests Use the pool at their own risk.

All consumable items are self service, but items that are initially complementary for the first night: toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, shampoo and soap. These are intended to help with arrival night and would recommend that you also shop for household items that you will be consumed.

Optional pool heat is available for $30/day . We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of October and May. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for entire stay.) We would totally recommend as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.

Video Surveillance: The Property has exterior security cameras as part of a secured resort community and a ring video doorbell placed in the front of the doorbell of home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
