The property also features beautiful views of the ocean from the patio. Wake up to the sound of sea and enjoy your morning coffee on our spacious outdoor deck, taking in the stunning sunrise over the water.

The bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

If not feeling beachy, there are various choice for sports and teambuilding. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor picnic table or fire pit, testing your BBQ recipes, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with loved ones.

MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED without prior notice and approval. Events incur extra fees. Please message us for more information.
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed.
- No smoking allowed on the property.
- Please respect the noise curfew after 11PM.
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.

We have exterior cameras that may be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.
