The size of the condo was sufficient for our party of 7. The customer service over the phone was very helpful in answering questions and getting us a few house items like extra dishwasher soap, trash bags and fire packets, which was helpful being snowed in. Listed below are the things that were unsatisfactory from a cleanliness perspective etc.
Another issue we had was with the manager on site (pool resident). We realize that there are a lot of people coming in and out and needs being met however, his poor attitude towards us, and our children was unacceptable. He did not display any sort of extra kindness or helpfulness towards us, or other people who are also renting at the same time. He had a disposition that anything more than was necessary, was putting him out. He also used foul language, and having a conversation with her children when they were in the sauna.
Here are some examples of the condo uncleanliness and overall lack of maintenance :
The kitchen walls above the stove were literally dripping with grease, the cupboards were unclean We were left with only 1 trash bag , no dish rack and 2 dish towels, No cleaning products , the Dishwasher was inefficient with cleaning, the Upstairs Shower is mildewed, the Downstairs shower had no pressure or room.
Lack of blankets Upstairs/loft bedding needs comforter and upstairs under beds had leftover wrappers and trash.
