The ideal home base for fishing tournament getaways. Find fantastic attractions right across the street from home, such as Shady Gators, H. Toad's, and Camden on the Lake. These provide free live music, food, and entertainment!

Golf and fishing enthusiasts rejoice! Travel a couple of minutes to The Cove Golf Course or The Ridges Golf Course (through the Lodge of Four Seasons Resort). Plus, the Alhonna Resort and Marina, just down the road, hosts big fishing tournaments.

The air-conditioned home has a split floor plan, making it great for families! Curl up on the sofa in the living area and stream your favorite series on the smart TV with streaming options. Staying during the colder months? No worries! The electric fireplace will keep you nice and toasty in the blink of an eye.

The galley-style kitchen is appointed with standard kitchen supplies and everything you need to prepare culinary masterpieces for your group. The deck faces the water for your viewing pleasure and is a wonderful spot to start your day. There is nothing like a steamy cup of coffee while admiring the views. Additional perks include a gas grill, board games, and parking space for boats and trailers, as well as an RV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Cameras are by the entrance door and in front of unit.

Dock details: Guests can use the shared dock available at 48 Teak Village. It's just down the driveway. They can tie off if not being used by other guests. Covered slip is for guests renting at 48 Teak Village. No boat lift available. Only able to tie off to side of dock.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
