Perched high in the jungle on 5 acres of land covered with fruit trees and flowers, "Crow’s Nest" is a 3 bedroom luxury home and a detached, one-bedroom complete suite, allowing up to 8 adults, in 4 bedrooms, along with two swimming pools, to enjoy. The property offers complete privacy and spectacular 360 degree views over the Pacific Ocean, jungle and mountains.
Important: Our properties are protected by a digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by a representative to verify the reservation. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled.

Getting to the home is part of the fun and a 4x4 vehicle is required, but once arriving into this amazing home in the mountains, Guests immediately fall in love with the large pool area , the well-equipped kitchen and the privacy this property provides.

Perched high in the jungle on 5 acres of land covered with fruit trees and flowers, the Crow’s Nest is a 3 bedroom luxury home which offers complete privacy and spectacular 360 degree views over the Pacific Ocean, jungle and mountains. Enjoy outdoor living provided by the spacious covered patio areas surrounding the pool where you will find a teak table with seating for 8, two lounge chairs, a sunbed, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a sunset bar.

A rancho off the deck offers comfortable lounge style seating as well as a wonderful hammock. The view from all outdoor areas is stunning.

Through the sliding glass doors inside the house there is an open concept great room with a l dining table for 8, a huge island with bar seating, a comfortable lounge area with TV, and a well-equipped kitchen—all with expansive views through picture windows and patio doors.

The Owner's Suite/Bedroom #1: King size bed, panoramic views of the swimming pool, ocean views and mountain views, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and one of the most amazing showers.The ensuite bath has a double sink vanity and a fantastic outdoor shower which looks out across the jungle to the ocean below. Although you are outdoors, you enjoy complete privacy.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath and both rooms have stunning west facing ocean views.
Bedroom #2: Two single beds that can be put together to form a king (please let us know how you would like it configured prior to arrival), sliding glass door to outdoor seating area and a desk.
Bedroom #3: Double bed.
The "Casita" has Bedroom #4 with a queen bed, a swimming pool, kitchen, bathroom with shower, AppleTV and covered patio with ocean views.

A stay at the Crows Nest will provide you with a truly Costa Rican experience as you:
See raptors soaring on the thermals —at eye level!
Feel the cool jungle breezes.
Hear the plaintive call of the howler monkeys and incessant call of the toucans.
Smell the sweet perfume of the ylang-ylang tree
Taste the fresh seasonal fruits harvested from the extensive gardens.
The home makes an ideal base to explore the beautiful beaches and many activities of the southern coast; but you may opt instead to spend your days poolside lazing in the sunbed, or in a hammock in the shade of the rancho, venturing out on foot to explore the nearby jungle, waterfalls and riverways .
Whatever you do, you can end your day watching the sun drop into the ocean, and then enjoy the colorful sunset display and the starlit night show.

Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided:

Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation.

We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO) which is approximately 3.5 hours away and is the nearest international airport, or the local regional airport in Palmar Sur, which is about 1 hour 15 minutes away from the home.

Our Team Members will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and will be available via chat/phone/text throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.

The home is in the mountains above Tres Rios, Osa, Costa Rica.
The home rests on several acres of property just as any other home in the mountains enjoys. This home has no visible neighbors behind the house and the house looks down on other homes that are 100s of meters away. It has absolute privacy.
Guests will be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in. The home is located approximately 20 minutes, on an unpaved road, from the main highway. Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.

The home and entire property are completely private.

This gated property (guests will be provided with a PIN to open the gate) consists of a Main House (3 bedrooms) and a Casita (1 bedroom, full kitchen, its own pool) located 10 yards/meters from the Main House. Guests of this property will have EXCLUSIVE use of both the home and the casita and the two swimming pools.

The Main House has a spacious outdoor space. Enjoy your meals outside under the covered portion of the patio, or enjoy the warm sun and gentle breezes in one of the reclining chairs around the pool.

Pack n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
This home is in the mountains of the southern pacific region of Costa Rica and a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the home. The drive from the highway to the home is unpaved and takes approximately 20 minutes.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE
The house is spacious and beautiful. It is located up in the mountain which is nice and still you have a great view. Definitely you need a vehicle that can get there 4x4. The house has fans but no A/C, sometimes it can still get a little hot to sleep. The view is beautiful, the swimming pool is nice. It is a place where you are in contact with nature, peace and a lot of different flora and fauna. It is relatively close to Ojochal and Uvita. There is a small waterfall near the house which is lovely. We really enjoy the stay.
