Lake Lure A-Frame!

The space!
Bedrooms:
Lake Lure A-Frame sleeps 8 people across the four bedrooms. If you need extra room, there’s also a futon! The massive master suite on the top floor is a dream. It features a king bed and two private balconies - perfect places for sipping your coffee in the morning! The main floor has two private bedrooms with queen beds, closets and access to the front porch where you can walk out and gaze at the mountain view. Both bedrooms have their own desks, tucked in their nooks. The lower-level bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and closet. It neighbors the laundry room.

Bathrooms:
Four total bathrooms. The bathroom on the top floor is absolutely luxurious with the expansive walk in shower, walnut double vanity and stocked medicine cabinet. There are two personal bathrooms on the main floor within the bedrooms. One has a walk-in shower, the other a tub. The lower-level bathroom is shared with the laundry room and has a walk in shower.

Living Rooms:
Two living rooms - Yes, two! The main level living room features a high ceiling with exposed beams. The floor-to-ceiling windows are huge! You feel like you’re in a treehouse. It’s the perfect entertaining space, with a large-screen smart tv and a wet bar that features a beverage fridge. This space has access to the main deck, which puts you out amongst the trees. Bring the popcorn or a good book! The lower-level living room has an enormous sectional and a large flat-screen TV with Roku for your movie nights. This space also has a futon and access to the lower porch.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. The open shelves hold all the dishes you’d need for large groups. There’s a convenient shelving space for all your groceries. Everyone has a seat at the grand table that looks out to the main living room and beyond to the trees!

Parking and Outdoor spaces:
This getaway has parking spots for three on gravel, one of which is under cover. To access the entrance of this home, there’s a one-story set of stairs that lead to the porch off of the kitchen, and when it comes to porches - you’ve got choices! This a-frame has 6 decks for your enjoyment. The top floor suite has two small porches, one in the bedroom, the other off of the bathroom. The porch off of the kitchen has a bench. The main floor has two - the front of the home has a deck with a bistro table and a picnic table, two private entrances to the bedrooms and a mountain view. The back main deck has a dining table, conversation seating and a Blackstone grill. The lower level has a deck for seating, dining and a Ping-Pong table.

Interior staircases:
Note: If accessibility is a concern, there are a number of stairs that allow you to navigate the entire property - both inside and out.
There are 3 staircases to access the 4 stories inside this unique home. The custom staircase to reach the master suite can be challenging for some, but it’s absolutely worth it! There’s a staircase to get to the main floor living space and another that leads to the lower floor.
