All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and walk in closets to make sure you have the creature comforts of home!  All of the bedrooms are well furnished with upgraded furniture and provide storage space for all of your belongings.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub, stall shower and walk-in closet.  This bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the backyard and has city light views at night.

The Damage Insurance fee of $100 eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is also just 12 miles from the home.
Just 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.  The neighborhood is close to restaruants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities.  Don't forget to check out the Salt River and our favorite lakes: Canyon and Saguaro.

Parking ~
Parking is limited to three cars, there is one garage space available along with two in the driveway.  The HOA is very strict and does not allow trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's of any kind.  Please no street parking.
