Situated in the fabulous Marigny Triangle and only blocks from the action of the French Quarter, you are within crawling distance of a smorgasbord of New Orleans' most well known hotspots including Frenchmen and Bourbon St, Jackson Square and Cafe du Monde, the R Bar, and enough eateries and live music venues to savor a new experience for every rich meal and night of revelry.

Occupying the house's second floor, this is our premier accommodation. It features a spacious living area, newly redecorated private bathroom, and a large kitchenette with everything you need to warm your food and chill your drinks — including a microwave, toaster, a coffee station, tableware, and a full-sized fridge to hold groceries and leftovers from those massive French Quarter meals.

Beautifully renovated, the suite combines the classic architecture and detailing of the period with every modern comfort you could want — wi-fi, air conditioning, smart HDTV, a ridiculously comfortable pillow-top mattress, and much more.

And did we mention the private balcony? It’s all yours. Grab your coffee or cocktail and make yourself at home up here, listening to the sounds of the Quarter and watching the locals and tourists go about life on the streets below.

Oh, and don’t miss the sunsets. They’re pretty hard to beat.

Everything you need is right here for you, though we imagine you won’t spend too much time inside. After all, you’re mere steps away from the city’s best entertainment, restaurants, and bars.


*ABOUT THE LOCATION*
Step outside and cross the street to hit the bars and restaurants of the French Quarter, or walk around the corner to find the myriad music spots on Frenchmen Street.

You're about 1 to 2 blocks from either.

Also within a few minutes' stroll are the famous and sprawling French Market, the legendary beignets and coffee of the Cafe du Monde, the beautiful St. Louis Cathedral, and the paddle-wheeled riverboats along the Mississippi waterfront — not to mention more bars, restaurants, museums, curio shops, and art galleries than you could possibly ever visit in one trip.

The dream-like settings of Audubon Park and City Park, with their massive moss-covered oaks and glorious mansions lining the nearby avenues, are a short drive or bike ride away. Further afield, you have the deep Louisiana bayous full of gators and cajuns alike, plus historic battlefields and plantations to tour.

You couldn’t possibly see and do everything New Orleans has to offer . . . but you can sure have fun trying!

Guest access
Guests have access to their suite, alleyway, and upstairs balcony. Downstairs balconies are for other residents.
Other things to note
Bring comfortable shoes for walking! New Orleans is a very walkable City especially from our location. Transportation is plentiful whether if be by rental bike, streetcar, horse and buggy, Uber or Taxi...all are readily available. If you are visiting in the Spring or Summer, expect some late afternoon pop up showers so poncho, rain coat or umbrella is a good consideration.

HOUSE ACCESS
The house has a security door at the entrance which we'll provide you with the access codes upon arrival.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible at an extra charge, depending on the availability, and can’t be guaranteed.

PARKING
Due to its location in the heart of the French Quarter, we do not have onsite parking of our own. There are residential areas near us that you can park for free, as well as, metered parking, however, there is a 2 hour limit between 7 AM and 7 PM, and it's first come first serve. Overnight street parking is free and has no limitation between 7 PM and 7 AM. It's essential to pay attention to street signage to identify the areas where parking is allowed.
