Located in the VERY sought after address of "Pedregal" within Cabo San Lucas and known as “The Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas,” this community in Cabo with 24/7 gated security access is known for its luxurious properties and stunning ocean and city night views. This extra large two bedroom 2300 square foot condo at Las Cascadas is unique as it is an end unit that brings extra large private indoor/outdoor space with two large outdoor private patios...one upon entering the property that includes a full bar, grill, couches and tables with an open sky view and the other overlooking the Marina & Sea of Cortez with a cozy fire place and seating. The gourmet kitchen comes fully furnished with top of the line appliances (including a gas stove) and dishware for a nice dinner in or it is a convenient 10 minute walk (or $5 Uber) to town or the Marina to enjoy the day and night life for fun, food, and relaxation.

Condo also comes equipped with four flat screen televisions with streaming services (Netflix is active) in addition to strong wi fi access throughout all areas of the unit including outdoor areas.

The development has 2 fantastic heated infinity edge pools and Jacuzzi's in addition to a shared BBQ area, fitness center, and clubhouse.

We highly suggest that all clients look into a 3rd party travel insurance policy that covers your flight(s) and the property rental costs in case of any unforeseen emergencies. We want all parties to be protected and although our side has been VERY fair in the past & present with clientele, we also feel this is a responsibility of the end user as when we travel we protect our vacation and expenses through these means so it's duly justified. There's many options available and most our at a minimal expense.

In addition, our holiday policy is as follows, Christmas and New Years Eve cannot be booked together without booking a minimum of 14 nights and/or we will not allow less than 5 nights for either taking Christmas and/or New Years Eve and we require a departure for a Christmas booking not past the 29th unless New Years Eve is already booked. Furthermore, for a New Years Eve booking, we do not allow an arrival before the 27th unless Christmas Day is already booked. For clarification, please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel and you are properly informed in this regard so we will not perform this cancellation to disrupt our search metrics. At times we maybe able to accommodate your stay outside the above guidelines.

Pedregal supreme
This property is truly a gem, an we enjoyed our stay. The condo is situated at the perfect location for access to the marina, restaurants and nightlife, with a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute Uber. It is in a gated community, which was important for us as we were visiting with our two small children. The community has the system down to a T so getting an Uber is not an issue and with the rental car you get a pass so there’s no delays coming in and out through security. The condo is an updated spacious unit with two patios, outdoor bar and a grill, so plenty of space to hang out at times you want to spend in the condo. The property also has two pool areas, a gym, grilling area and a club house, where we spent most of our time while not sightseeing or doing activities. The condo also features a gas fireplace on the patio overlooking the whole city, a perfect setting for both the morning coffee watching the sunrise (for this, you will have to get up a little early), as well as a glass of wine or a cocktail looking at the sunset. The unit was clean and organized for guests, with clear instruction on access, and a list of great amenities and recommendations prepared by the owner. The owner and the property manager were available to us and offered recommendations, including arranging our transport from the airport, Rent-A-Car, and other fun activities, including tours, a night with a private chef, and recommendations for an all day trip to La Paz. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo
We stayed a week at this condo and could not have enjoyed it more. It was so relaxing. The staff were very helpful and addressed any issues we had. The best part was the sliding glass "wall" that would open the indoor space to the outdoor space. It had a cozy firepit and very comfortable chairs around it. We were at that firepit each night just enjoying the views of the city and watching the cruise ships leave for the night. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Plenty of hanging and storage for clothes. It was beautifully decorated and had all the cooking utensils you would ever need. It has a very high end feel to it. It was such a great place to come back to at the end of the day or just to hang at the pool. The pool was gorgeous and overlooked the beautiful city and the ocean. You could see the whales coming up for air by spotting the water spray which was pretty cool. The property was very clean and quiet. You could walk down to the town in about 15 minutes but also could get an Uber for around $4. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

Excellent property and people!
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location within walking distance to downtown Cabo, this property is the one. There are beautiful views off the balcony, a gorgeous pool area and all the amenities that one would expect. The property management team was responsiveness to our various requests since we had not been to Cabo prior to this trip. And the condo was clean, comfortable and peaceful. It was wonderful!

This relaxing oasis is a true gem!
This beautiful unit has everything you need in a safe, gated community. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast and lunch in most days, as well as a couple dinners. This place has the best of both worlds - it's a quick, cheap ride into town, but up on the hill and away from a lot of the noise with spectacular views!! There's a patio on one side of the unit that overlooks Cabo, and you can sit and watch the cruise ships come in and gaze at the picturesque ocean view as well as the city. It's equally as breathtaking at night when the city is lit up with all the lights! On the other side of the condo is another outdoor space with a table and chairs, outdoor sofa/seating area, bar with chairs, and a tv... a great additional gathering/entertaining space for your party. There's a gas grill out there, and that's where we cooked one night and then enjoyed our dinner out there with the multicolored star lights lit. The pool and hot tub have the same amazing view overlooking the city, and the week we were there it was nice and quiet and relaxing! The pool area is also open until midnight which is nice if you want to take a hot tub dip later after you get back from dinner or a night out. Also, the property management team is readily available and helpful. They met us there for check in, explained everything, and had suggestions for places to go/eat. We would totally go back, and can't recommend it enough!
