PNW Countryside Estate with jetted bathtub and game room

Great for the entire family in a peaceful, semi-secluded countryside setting. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This is 2 separate units offered, on same location, but separate units, 100ft from each other. The 3 bedrooms is divided by 2 in one two bedroom unit and 1 loft in the other.

The first unit on site is a light & spacious walk-out basement apartment, tucked into the countryside, just 10 minutes from Oregon State University & Corvallis, 50 minutes from historic Newport coastal town, and near many local wineries. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 couches, and a pullout Ottoman that sleeps a single. 1500 sq ft. Beautiful, peaceful grounds, Trampoline, Large patio, washer/dryer & POOL TABLE! Room to sleep 7.

The 2nd unit on site is a Loft ~ Can host 4, The Loft has an open floor plan, walk-in shower, window sitting area & luxury suite! King size luxury bed and Plush sleeper sofa. Cook up a romantic dinner or watch the game. Custom cabinets, handcrafted handrails & Oregon Maple slab designer table make The Loft as interesting to stay in as is the location. These are separate units, but only 100 ft away from each other, and easy to entertain all together in the larger unit, the apartment.

Guests have access to all areas of the Apt and Loft. They can use the large cement patio court, sit by the outdoor fire pit, or feel free to roam the property. Parking is provided in the guest details for each unit, with extra room for vehicles. All units have their own private entrance and locking doors. Units are 100 ft apart, across the cement court.

Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

- NO SMOKING anywhere on premises.

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.


Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

•Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come!

•DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free.

•We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen!

•Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

•Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you.

•The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only.

•When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this.

•Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it!

There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), a $120 per week per pet fee for all cats (no longer than 2 weeks please)- crating them is required. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.


*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.
