Bedroom 1-
Queen bed and featuring an ensuite bathroom for your privacy and convenience. This room offers a tranquil and restful space to retreat to after a day of exploring the vibrant city and its scenic surroundings.

Bedroom 2-
You'll find two cozy single beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. The second bathroom, conveniently located just across the hall, ensures that everyone has their own space and convenience.

The house is fully available to guests. There will be a locked closet for the owner.

No smoking in the property. No pets allowed.
We understand that accidents happen and kindly ask that you notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

* No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
