Inside, you'll discover a beautifully appointed living space that combines home-inspired comforts with California style. The living room features plush seating, a large flatscreen TV, and an open floor plan that seamlessly flows into our modern and fully equipped kitchen. With sleek granite countertops, natural wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, cooking a delicious meal has never been easier.

When it's time to turn in, you'll find three cozy and comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom and second guest room are located on the third level, with the primary suite boasting a queen bed and a private balcony. THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does not include AC, home does have ceiling and portable fans.
-Top bunk is meant for children only.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
1-Car Garage attached garage, ONLY FITS MID SIZE SUV OR SMALLER. May need to park diagonally with front end facing east side of garage. There is limited additional public street parking or public island parking lots, a 3-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
