The apartment has a spacious living area which opens up onto the large balcony where you can watch the sun set or admire the community views. The semi open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your daily meals at home which you can enjoy at the elegant dining table set for six. In the living area you will find three luxurious sofas where you can laze around after dinner and watch a movie on the big screen TV. All three of the bedrooms have luxurious king sized beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may find yourself laying in a little longer than usual. In the bathrooms you will find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities which will leave you smelling great all day.

There is also an amazing new Abra route from Creek Harbour that connects you to Al Jaddaf and a shuttle bus service between Dubai Creek Harbour and The Dubai Mall Metro Station.

he apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

Creek Gate Tower 1 is a 30-storey tower that consists of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
