The main floor bedroom offers a king bed, a sitting area and a private bath with a double vanity with a walk-in shower and tub. Finally, the guestroom upstairs features its own private entrance; accessed by an OUTDOOR staircase. The guest room offers a plush queen bed and also has a private ensuite with a walk-in shower This home sleeps up to 4 guests. Sunflower Beach has direct beach access across the boardwalk, and separate adult and family pools. The adult pool will be heated starting Nov 1st through March 1st, during this time children will be allowed in the adult pool until 5 pm; beach concierge services & golf cart rentals and is within walking distance to next door's neighboring subdivision Palmilla; for drinks on the patio at Red's or lunch and dinner at Black Marlin; it has everything you need to make memories in Port Aransas; TX!
