This beach side condo is personal and very reasonable, while this efficiency is small (bed, kitchen, living room, etc all in one room), you can't beat the location!!! You'll enjoy the clean, modern feel of this unit so much you'll love the simplicity of having everything you need in a small space. The living space offers a sofa with lift top coffee table and large 50" TV with wifi. Just off the. living area we offer a small kitchenette with mini fridge, two burner, and kitchen rack complete with keurig, microwave, toaster and more. The bed is a queen size bed and the bathroom has a large walk in shower!
This unit comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

We provide everything you need from iron/ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, linens, and so much more - glasses/plates, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, etc. No need to stop at the tore for beach items because we also provide: beach towels, chairs and boogie boards!

There is also an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy toes. Take a relaxed approach to life on the shores of the New Smyrna Beach and absorb the warmth of the Florida sun while watching a spectacular sunrise from your private balcony. Stroll down the beach with no set schedule and no particular place to go.

The studio is downstairs to the main house on the property. You have your own private entrance and your own parking space in front of the home. Complete privacy from the main home.

Guests will have full access to the guest suite and patio, but will not have access to the rest of the house or other yards.
