KITCHEN: All new stainless electric appliances, Keurig/Standard Drip combo coffee machine, toaster, Half bathroom.
DINING ROOM: Dining table for 6, Kitchen island with 3 seats.
LIVING ROOM: Oversized L-Shaped couch with ottoman, Smart TV.
GUEST BEDROOM: Daybed
PET FRIENDLY - Up to 2 dogs maximum, pet fee is $189.00 and will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any damage from your pet.
All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival.

Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
**PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR JACUZZI**

HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.

**Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer**.

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: Located one street to the north on Boating Club Rd. Additionally, another public boat ramp (Usina Boat Ramp), 9 streets to the north.


GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home.

Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in.

Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148 will be requested once booking has been confirmed and it covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item.
