1. Professional management services are available 24/7 for emergencies and during regular business hours for all other inquiries. My aim is to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable, free from any hassles.

2. Parking is available on the street and is free of charge. There is no need to worry about towing or ticketing, except in areas where signs indicate otherwise. Thanks to the low-density area, finding a parking spot is typically easy, and it is very rare to have to park more than 100 feet from your door.

3. The kitchen and bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable. However, should you notice any items you believe should be present are missing, please do not hesitate to reach out. I’m here to ensure you have everything you need.

4. The building is steeped in history, and while it has been meticulously maintained, certain features may not be as modern as those found in newer constructions. We believe this contributes to the unique charm and character of the unit.

5. The apartment is equipped with central heating to keep you warm and cozy during the colder months. For your comfort during warmer weather, air conditioning is provided through window units in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout the year.

6. I pride myself on maintaining a clean and inviting space for all my guests. I kindly ask that you treat the apartment with care and promptly report any damages or issues that may arise during your stay so they can be immediately addressed.

7. A short, 30-foot stroll from your door lies the laundry facility, housed in a separate building. This convenient amenity is easily accessible, allowing you to take care of any laundry needs without hassle.

8. Air mattresses and additional linens are available upon request to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

9. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late nights and early mornings.

10. Pets are not permitted on the property. This policy helps maintain a quiet and serene atmosphere, free from disruptions such as barking.
