Welcome to our spacious home, where we love waking up to a gorgeous sunrise over Lake Washington, and have our choice of bakeries just a couple blocks away for coffee and pastries. Centrally located, you can plan your day with Pike Place Market and the Space Needle 10 and 15 minutes away, respectively. Watch the Blue Angels fly over the house during Sea Fair. Or stay in, taking full advantage of a gorgeous chef's kitchen with two ovens, comfortable TV room and luxurious great room overlooking the water. Less common amenities include central air conditioning and plenty of street parking. It could not be easier to live in the heart of Seattle.

You must be at least 25 to book. Home is not baby-proofed and with many stairs this home is not ideal for children. Please note this is a three level house with an additional full flight of stairs leading to the entrance. There are cameras along the exterior of the house. There are no cameras inside the house.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check-in is between 4 pm and 10 pm
-Check-out is 11 am. Please inquire before booking if a late check-out will be needed. Late check-out will need to be pre-approved. An hourly rate of $50 may apply.


CHILDREN:
Not suitable for children in general, with many stairs.


PETS:
Pets are not allowed as we still stay in this home and have severe allergies to most pets.
Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge and possible eviction without refund.


REFUNDS:
In this time of travel uncertainty, please protect yourself with travel insurance if losing your reservation would be a financial hardship for you. This is especially important as in the winter if an occasional snowfall occurs, it may be impossible to safely access the home.
