When we entered the room, after 3pm check in time with code given to us for the door, someone was already staying in the room. This was INCREDIBLY unsafe and luckily did not turn into a bad situation. I was able to reach the property owner and straighten things out, a refund was given along with an extra amount given to find a new place to stay. This only covered not even HALF the cost of finding a new place to stay at such a short notice. This took away almost the rest of our first day in Cleveland, and was extremely stressful. I do appreciate the extra money to find a new place, but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. If you are going to use an app to manage bookings, at least check to make sure they don’t over lap. Thank you!
