ABOUT THE HOME: A stunning coastal home loaded with unique design elements located in the 30A community of Dune Allen. 30A Beach Bliss has three floors of spacious rooms, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas with four (4) King Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a Bunk room that sleeps four (4). This home can comfortably sleep twelve (12) people and there's an additional sleeper sofa and rollaway bed for three more. An interior elevator accesses all three floors making this the perfect home for multi-generational families or multi-family gatherings by the sea. There is a splash pool off the second floor living room with ample outdoor seating and a covered dining area too. There's also a cozy area with a sofa and fireplace. The outdoor covered ground floor area is an entertainers dream space. It has a expansive living room with a large flat screened tv, fireplace, dining room and kitchen that includes a sink, mini fridge, and gas grill. Rain or shine, you'll be fine.

ABOUT THE AREA: Dune Allen can be described as laid-back old Florida. With miles of trails, five coastal dune lakes and sprawling beaches, it's a nature lovers dream. Just a short drive to Gulf Place shops, makes it perfect for families who don't like the crowds and restrictions of other 30A beaches yet close to it all.

BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It's right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. A little further to the East on 30A is Fort Panic Regional Access. This beach is also ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguard.

PARKING: This home has 5 – 6 parking places available.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.​​​​​​​

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Loved every minute
Annual 30a Visit. This is a lovely property…exactly as described! It was very comfortable with lots of private spaces if you wanted some quiet time. The parking spaces were very generous & the large outside patio and deck was a perfect spot to enjoy happy hour! Best bonus was the free bonfire! Thank you team beach girls Will definitely keep this property at top of our list for next year!

An Exquisite Retreat!
An Exquisite Retreat indeed! This vacation rental surpassed all expectations, standing out as one of the finest my family and I have experienced. The photos fail to capture its true grandeur—it's even more expansive than we envisioned. The backyard, a veritable oasis, seamlessly blends recreation and a serene lounge space. Each room, generously spacious, catered perfectly to our needs. The tranquil view of the pond added an extra layer of serenity, complemented by the incredible balcony spaces. Accommodating eight of us effortlessly, the abundance of toiletries and towels in each bathroom showcased thoughtful attention to detail. The aesthetic, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the home, along with the amiable neighbors, contributed to an unforgettable experience. A delightful bonus was the availability of bikes, providing a convenient and enjoyable means of exploring stores, restaurants, and the beach without the need for a car. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental property. Laura and Hollie of 30A Beach Girls were not just hosts but exceptional guides, offering stellar communication and inspiring ideas. Thanksgiving blessing!
Beautiful home! It had plenty of room for our family to spread out in and enjoy during our stay over Thanksgiving week. The house had everything we needed in order to accommodate our large family and we felt right at home. Loved the back porch by the pool and having so many outdoor spaces to spend time reading or spreading out to be alone while staying with our large number of family. The floor plan was very conducive to all being together to play games or watch movies and all able to eat our Thanksgiving meal together in one space. We have stayed in the Watercolor/Seaside area all other times but have found it to be very crowded so we decided to try Dune Allen. It was nice to be in a quieter area yet accessible to so much. The 30 A Beach Girls management was extremely attentive to our every question and need and responded immediately every time I reached out. We will definitely go with this company again. Thank you!

Host, location and size all excellent
Fantastic Place to stay! We had a wonderful trip staying at this property. Joy and Hollie were fantastic, communicated so well, and made this a great trip for us. We had several kids with us and the space was perfect. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the 30a area.
