During your stay, it is important to comply with all Sapphire Condominium property rules and regulations. You can obtain copies of the rule book at the front desk upon request. The maximum capacity for vacation rental guests is 8, and wristbands will be provided at check-in. Please note that additional visiting guests of vacation rental guests are not permitted during the reservation period, as this rule is strictly enforced by Sapphire.

Check-in time is at 4 pm on your arrival date, while check-out is at 11 am on your departure date.

Winter Texans are warmly welcomed! We offer a built-in 10% discount for stays exceeding 7 nights. For stays of 30 days or longer, there are no state or local taxes. The regular resort fee of $25 per day will be capped at $200 for each month of your extended stay. Feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries or for special rates!

Please note that during Spring Break and Semana Santa weeks, Sapphire exclusively accommodates immediate families (parents with children), where one parent is at least 30 years of age.

When making a booking, VRBO will collect the State Hotel Occupancy Tax and remit it directly to the State. The remaining local sales tax (City of SPI Hotel Occupancy Sales Tax) may require separate collection during the booking reservation process. It is the responsibility of the rental guest to pay all applicable sales taxes when completing the booking request, as well as any changes or updates on future sales taxes prior to checking in.
