There is access to this bathroom from the main hall or the bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom upstairs includes a tub and shower. The upstairs has decks surrounding the home with large front deck overlooking the canal and bay. Ample seating on the deck for everyone.
The downstairs includes a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds plus a twin. This room has its own AC unit. The washer and dryer are also located downstairs. There is a game room downstairs with TV and sectional couch plus a recliner. This room also has its own AC. Sliding doors open up to the downstairs outdoor entertainment area with plenty of bulkhead to fish or swim in the canals. Bring your fishing poles and bait! Our home includes a vacant lot adjacent to the house giving you plenty of open space to play.
