Apartment on the first floor(UK) second floor(USA) within walking distance from everything you could need. It is located in the best part of town right between the Historical Centre an Jalatlaco which is the trendiest neighbourhood in Oaxaca and one of the oldest.


It is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, Smart TV with Roku, Amazon Prime, HBO max, Disney + accounts included for free movies and series, sky news and other Roku channels. It has hot water all the time, gas stove, kettle, microwave, big fridge with freezer, fast and reliable internet, private bathroom, . The flat is perfect for independent travellers who like having their own space and be self-sufficient while travelling. The flat is located inside my parents house and you have to cross their hallways to get there. They lock their door at midnight, they would prefer to have as guests older people who won't go out clubbing at night and that would go to bed early.

Due to logistics right now Im not providing hotel like service I rent this space as a self catering apartment. You are responsible for your consumables. You have a starter kit but once I runs out you have to buy your own consumables like toilet paper, drinking water, trash bags, soap, etc.

You get a perfectly clean apartment with a pair of sheets and a towels. Further cleanings with change of sheets and towels have a cost.

Due to water scarcity in Oaxaca, we are not able to provide laundry service but there is a laundry nearby the apartment. We have water containers underground which allow us to provide constant water for bathrooms and kitchen.

The flat is located in a very nice neighbourhood one of the oldest in Oaxaca it is called Jalatlaco. There are coffeshops around, restaurants, mercados, grocery stores, supermarkets, gyms, there is a Park 2 blocks from the apartment to go running.

The flat is located right between Jalatlaco neighbourhood and the centre, right where all things happen, parades, close to restaurants, if you come during dia de Muertos Jalatlaco is the place to be. Oaxaca is not the quietest places in the world, it is a city full of festivals, religious celebrations and other customs like Day of the Death and Guelaguetza, hence if you are looking for a quiet place to be this is not the right location. Most of the time it can be quiet, however during festivities it is not quiet and there are some noises that are normal to us in this part of the world like dogs barking, churches ringing their bells when there are religious festivities, parades, the occasional quinceanera in the neighbourhood so if you like quietness look at one of my other listings, this is a place to stay if you are looking for a trendy-hipster neighbourhood and you want to be walking distance from all the activities in the city.
