The Space:
Enjoy your time in this Grand single level vacation home on Beautiful Lake Balboa. There are expansive porches to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The open concept living area provides a bright, comfortable and cheerful space to gather with friends and family. The Master bedroom offers a King bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub. The Second bedroom has two Queen beds and it's own bath, with a huge soaking tub inside the room. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, a dedicated office area and a bath located in the hall. There is plenty of room for everyone and a view you will get lost in! Bring your boat or rent one and use the large boat dock. Go for a swim, fish to your heart's content, or relax and enjoy the lake from the beautiful back patio. 

We apologize in advance, the sauna in the master shower is not in working order.
There is a counter top icemaker for use, as the under counter ice maker is out of order.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

This rental is NON smoking! Pets are considered.

No parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print these directions.
