The Frederick R. Feitshans House in Springfield's Old Aristocracy Hill Neighborhood is a beautiful example of a 2-story high-style Gothic Revival Victorian. The house was built in 1879, but renovated around 2000.
Just off Route 66, located a few blocks from The Illinois State Capitol, The Lincoln Museum and Presidential Library, Abraham Lincoln's home, the Dana Thomas House, and more Capitol sites.
The building has been updated to include modern comforts like luxury mattresses, large screen TV's, appliances, central heating/cooling, etc.
Victorian period design touches can be seen throughout. You will stay in the Rose Room and have access to the shared amenities on the 2,590 sq ft 2nd floor!
