A rollout bed for 1 is available to rent for child. Multiple dwellings available for small groups. Fire Pit w/Grill Tripod, Hot Shower, Outdoor Latrine, Water at Pet Friendly Campsite are Included. You Can Park Right at Campsite. There are Trails on Property, for Everyone to Explore. Camp is Close to Watts Bar Lake, Ozone Falls, Rhea County, TN State & National Parks are close.

Hooked up with Solar Lights & Fan. Come to Private Forest, Yours to Explore. You have the option to bring your own tents for the kids or a big family and have them on the Prairie Near the Tent, but Still Private. There are so Many Outdoor Activities Close to Grandview for You to Enjoy and Reconnect with Nature & Your Family. There is Also an Outdoor Kitchen for your use (propane stove/sink under canopy near the shower house)

You and Your Dogs can Explore and Roam all of the Back 40 Acres Trails and Walk on the Prairie Grass Area.You Have Full Access to all Non-private Areas. Walking up on Big Neck Rd, You Will Find Some of the Most Beautiful Scenery on the TN Plateau.

Stop by the Barn, if You Need, or Forgot Anything (We Have Some Special Services Available, Listed in Tent). We Live Here, and Are Around Most Times, and building a homestead. We are Around if You Need Us.
