The Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta offers a luxurious vacation experience. This one-bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a Jacuzzi, a full bathroom, and a second sink outside the bathroom. The living room/kitchen area includes a dining table, pull-out couch, LCD TV, sliding glass windows leading to a beautiful terrace, and a full kitchen (excluding an oven) but stocked with cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and more. The suite can accommodate up to six people, including four adults and two children.







The resort also offers a variety of entertainment options. Santuario, a 75,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor entertainment pavilion, features musical acts, acrobatics, dance performances, sand artists, and more. The Lake Show, every 30 minutes after sunset, features lights, fountains, music, and special effects. Live music can also be found throughout the resort at restaurants and lounges. Additionally, the resort offers sports and fitness activities, nature walks, kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, jet skiing, parasailing, and more.

The unit is rented in 1 week (7 NIGHT) blocks. All weeks are available except Christmas, New Year's, and Easter Weeks.

**Cancellation refund policy is different than any of the options that I had to pick from. I chose the cancellation policy option of “None - which states that the traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking any time after it is accepted”. If you cancel your booking at least 45 days before check-in I will give you a full refund (minus the service fee and a $50 reservation fee).

Units Assigned At Check-In.


You will be asked for a credit card imprint at check-in to cover any charges you make during your stay. You do not need to use cash for anything in the resort.


At check-out, you will be charged the mandatory Mexican state lodging tax (room tax). Approximately $9-$18 a day depending on room size.



Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as the renter.
