The Grandview Lodge has 4 bedrooms with a 5 room having both a full size bunk and a twin bunk, also bosting a fold out desk to pull double duty as a quiet office space with access to high speed internet for those looking to catch up on some business while at the Grandview Lodge. Each level has it's own master suite with all 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Remarkable views from 3 of the bedrooms with direct access to the two decks from the bedrooms. Wake up each morning by raising the blackout cordless shades to reveal the tops of surrounding mountains poking out above the clouds that have formed overnight.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The rustic fire pit is built out of slabs of local rock and has a starter pack of firewood close by. Enjoy your unparalleled access to the Aska National Forest's hiking trails, all from the comfort of your own private sanctuary. Access to the Aska hiking trails are direcly behind the cabin with steps built into the mountain.

The road up to the house was once used by loggers to haul lumber up the mountain. The first time you go up, it may seem daunting as it is steep, but being fully paved makes it a breeze compared to dirt & gravel roads in the area. We promise after you do it once, you’ll be a mountain pro!

Keyless entry, you will be provided a code for the front door 24-48 hrs before your arrival.

Stay connected with high-speed gigabit internet, allowing you to seamlessly stream your favorite shows or catch up on work while surrounded by nature's beauty. The Grandview Lodge ensures that you can maintain the perfect balance between modern connectivity and a tranquil mountain retreat.

Plenty of parking in the driveway, but cars will be parked in a single file line.

We do supply starter firewood for the outdoor fireplace and can tell you where you can source it locally.

The Grandview Lodge comes with a starter kit of supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, creamer, sugar, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, and a sponge. However, those staying longer than a few nights will likely need to pick up more.

All bathrooms are stocked with four regular towels, two hand towels, two wash clothes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

Once you book, you will receive a digital guidebook with all house information as well as all of our local recommendations.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

- Pets are allowed. You will be charged $150 if you bring a pet. .

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.
