The Space:
Our elegant deluxe apartment with a great design was completely newly built and awaits you with very high-quality furnishings and a beautiful, large balcony.

At 53m2, the apartment is very spacious and gives you plenty of space.

You can start your day with a delicious coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment, including the spacious kitchen, the electrically adjustable external blinds, a multi-room audio system and of course the very high-quality furnishings.

To ensure your sleep is first-class, a comfortable, hotel-quality double bed awaits you.

There is also, of course, a dining area for 4 people and a comfortable seating area with a large sofa bed, large smart TV with streaming options and an audio system. The balcony also has comfortable seating for eating outside.

The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a coffee machine, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and everything else you need to cook deliciously.

The bathroom is equipped with a large, threshold-free shower.

Of course we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo.
