This beach view home is 3 stories, 4/3 sleeping 18, conveniently sitting directly across from the Rick Seltzer Beach Park. Literally a 2 minute walk to the sugar white sands of the Gulf and restrooms located at the park. This home is within walking distance to lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment. This home has “plenty” of room for you and your favorite people!

With 10 foot ceilings throughout, the open floor plan of the first floor has lots of seating, such as bar and island seating, and a glass dining table for six in the dining area. The first floor has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer to handle all your laundry needs while you are here. Also, the first floor houses our “Mermaid” suite that features a custom built set of QUEEN BUNK BEDS with marine lights and USB chargers for each bed right in the bunk! Adjacent is a FULL BATH that serves the first floor.

The charming second floor hosts the ensuite, a beautifully decorated place of relaxation featuring a KING sized bed, HDTV flat screen, with its own private balcony. The Master also has its own large BATHROOM with jacuzzi tub, full shower and private closet.

The second floor also hosts the “Fish” suite where you will have a “Whale of a Time.” Also featuring custom built QUEEN OVER QUEEN bunks that are lit and USB charged! And yes, another FULL BATH of its own.

The third level has a vibe of its own we call it the “Tiki Hut.” With custom built THREE LEVEL FULL SIZED beds is a crowd favorite. Tiki Hut features a HALF BATH, wet bar with sink and mini fridge, flat screen TV, new QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA and leather recliner to nap after a long day at the beach or shopping. But wait, there's more! A lot more-- an exit out to the third floor huge 18 by 20 deck that has plenty of space to relax or lounge and enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf and Panama City Beach. Plenty of seating and lounge recliners to take in the constant Gulf Breeze and beautiful sunsets! And, did we mention your own private SALTWATER POOL that even has optional heating? With a small dining table and seating, don't forget lunch by the pool!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 48 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
WE FURNISH A STARTER SUPPLY OF TOILTERIES, SOAPS, SHAMPOOS, DETERGENTS, ETC... This is to get you going until you can get to the store.

NO PETS OR ANIMALS. Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. This is a NO ANIMAL property, this includes service animals. We cannot host service animals due to severe animal allergies of family members who stay at our home periodically. Violation of this policy will result in a violation fee, per animal that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

This 4 Bedroom/3 Bath House that sleeps 18 provides accommodations and features many amenities for guests that want to stay for a few days, a weekend or possibly a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
