This beautiful two bedroom apartment is spread over 127 sqm and has capacity for 4 people. It is located on the 24th floor of Jam Marina Residence in Dubai Marina.
The living room features a greige sofa set, a smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, a blue rug, as well as multiple wall arts, decor items, and plants.
Next to the living area is a large rectangular dining table with six chairs. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large glass doors, giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for your to enjoy your morning coffee in front of a beautiful scenery.
The kitchen at the apartment is spacious and beautifully filled with wooden cabinets and colorful bricks on the wall; it includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, refrigerator, oven, hot water kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and stove.

Inside you will find the charming master bedroom. It includes a large king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and light-colored bed covers, and topped with colorful cushions. The room also includes night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, a TV hanged on the wall, and large window glass.
The bathroom connected to the bedroom has a white bathtub with curtain glass, a toilet and a washbasin.

There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive.
