Welcome to this stunning, thoughtfully & comfortably appointed, private home in N. Scottsdale perfect for hosting families, friend groups, golf trips, retreats and more.

Stunningly furnished home, with high-end, yet comfortable, furniture throughout & exceptionally well stocked with everything you need for your vacation. 4 private bedrooms total - 3 in the main house and 1 in the attached casita with a private entrance. Primary suite and casita both have king beds and 2 additional guest bedrooms have queen beds. There are 3.5 bathrooms - 1 step-in shower (primary suite), one stand alone large garden tub (primary suite) and two tub/shower combos.

One level home, however there are a couple small steps to get into the house and also at the entry inside the home. It is possible to avoid the stairs completely if you enter solely through the garage and sleep in the master and do not go into the game room and two guest bedrooms in the main house.

Outside guests can enjoy a large private gated courtyard in the front of the house with lots of seating and umbrella. Backyard has extra large spa (which can be heated for an additional fee or be left unheated to act as a small pool during the summer months). Covered patio with two tables with seating for 10 for dining alfresco under the misters. Gas fire pit, 3 chaise loungers, built-in bbq with casual bar with 4 counter height chairs, 4-hole putting green.

The kitchen is spacious with enormous island great for prepping or gathering around for entertaining. Fully stocked with everything you need, including large drip coffee maker, crockpot, tea kettle, toaster, high end blender, pots & pans, tons of dishes and glassware, plastic dishes & cups for outside...etc.

Laundry room with washer & dryer for guest use. Guests also have use of 2 car attached garage.

Casita has private entrance within front courtyard, king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, single serve Keurig, and mini refrigerator.

Lots of fun games in the house to keep everyone entertained. Pack-n-play and highchair are available for guest use. There is a net cover for the spa that can be installed by hosts prior to your stay, if requested - at no cost, which would childproof the spa.

Spa heat is an additional $40/day or $200/week.

Scottsdale just minutes from some of the highest rated golf courses in the state (Grayhawk, Troon North, TPC - to name a few). Mere minutes to multiple grocery stores and restaurants.

All essentials are provided: sheets, towels, spa towels, paper product, shower toiletries and laundry supplies. High speed internet throughout. Each room has ceiling fans.

The spa is serviced once a week. You will be made aware of the day and approximate time the pool service arrives. Pest control comes once a month. Landscaper comes every other week. We will let you know if your stay coincides with one of the these necessary maintenance visits.

There is a ring doorbell at front door, a camera over the garage pointing at driveway & a camera along the side pointing at driveway. No cameras in backyard or in the house.

No pets are allowed. If you are found breaking this rule, you will be charged a fee of $400 for bringing an unauthorized pet, in addition to paying for any additional cleaning caused by the pet, and/or any damages caused by the pet.
